At Pramod Vidya Bhaban Pvt. Ltd (PVBP), we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality online courses. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund or cancel your enrollment. Therefore, we have established the following policies:
**Refund Policy: **
PVBP offers a 15-day money-back guarantee for all our online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content or experience, you may request a refund within 15 days of purchase.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@vidyabhaban.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days upon approval.
Courses that have been accessed beyond a certain point, or where completion certificates have been issued, may not be eligible for a refund. PVBP reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
**Cancellation Policy:**
Customers may cancel their enrollment in a course at any time before the course commencement date for a full refund.

If cancellation is made after the course has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of the course completed, minus any applicable administrative fees.
